the court diary in order of the date upon which they are scheduled to be heard in the court. Therefore, it is
possible to know ahead of time what matters are slated to be heard on any particular day.
The matters that are heard in Return Day Court vary. They include new matters, and for every day that there
is a return day, there will be new matters on the list. There are also mention matters, applications to re-list,
habeas corpus, and re-issued summons among others. The Return Court may be a dedicated court or only
