Jamaica (Incorporation and Vesting) Law.

WHEREAS

the Pentecostal Assemblies

of

the World

of

Jamaica

(hereinafter called "the Church")

an

affiliate

of

the Pentecostal

Assemblies

of

the World Incorporated

of

the United States

of

America (hereinafter called "the Parent Church"), was incorporated

on the 18th day

of

August, 1960 as a corporate body with perpetual

succeSSIOn.

AND

WHEREAS

pursuant to subsection (3)

of

section 3

of

the

Pentecostal Assemblies

of

the World

of

Jamaica (Incorporation and

Vesting) Law (hereinafter called "the Law") no sale, conveyance,
