Land Law-conveyancing-formalities

The law does not require documents transferring title by land by way of either sale or gift to be sealed. If it is the case that the documents evidence binding arrangements, a court of equity is bound to enforce them as such.

New grounds of appeal cannot be introduced if they concern matters not raised at the trial or the appellant attempts to raise them as additional grounds out of time when they were not contained in the original grounds of appeal.
