Courts-Grand Court-jurisdiction

Under the Law for Improving the Administration of Justice in the Cayman Islands &c., 1894, s.168, the Grand Court has no jurisdiction to examine a judgment debtor in relation to a judgment debt arising in the Supreme Court of Jamaica since its jurisdiction only extends to unsatisfied judgments and orders from the Resident Magistrates Court, the Grand Court and the Petty Debts Court in the Cayman Islands.
