Reference is made to the Award dated 4 th May, 1976, of the Tribunal consisting of –

Mr. Noel Holness
Mr. Dorrel White
Appointed to settle the above dispute.
The National Workers Union, by letter dated 7 th May, 1976, requested a meting of the Tribunal to interpret the Award in respect of the following Claim:
Manton & Hart, Attorneys-at-Law, on behalf of Air Jamaica (1968) Limited, by letter dated 13 th May, 1976, requested interpretation of the Claims as listed hereunder;_
The Tribunal met on the 2 nd June, 1976, and heard submissions from the company and the National Workers Union in the matter. The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:
Claim 9 Shift Premium — Article 13
A premium of 15¢ per hour is payable to all staff who are required to work on shift during the hours of 6.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
A premium of 20¢ per hour is payable to all staff who are required to work on shift during the hours of 6.00 p.m. to 3.00 a.m.
